GROW WITH THE FLOW WELLNESS

Join us on Friday mornings for a playful introduction to yoga here at Imagination Bay! A relaxed, enjoyable morning designed to support your child’s wellbeing and development, while giving you space to connect, relax and make memories together.

Held in our ‘party room’ and led by Chloe from Grow with the Flow Wellness, a mum and experienced early years & yoga teacher, whose baby and toddler yoga sessions are carefully designed to support your child’s development and bring a sense of fun to your day. The baby sessions support common health challenges like digestion alongside early milestones, including rolling and crawling. The toddler sessions build upon this, supporting your child’s gross motor, social and communication skills through stories, sign, rhymes and sensory play. Chloe’s qualifications include early years qualified teacher status, yoga teacher (including prenatal and postnatal) and baby yoga and massage. She is also DBS checked and has her paediatric first aid and safeguarding training.

Whether you’re tending to your new little bundle of joy or chasing after an active toddler, Stretch & Play offers the perfect combination of yoga and play, all under one roof. Your little one will enjoy a range of opportunities to be active and learn, both in class and the play centre, whilst you feel refreshed after having the opportunity to connect with other parents and enjoy the facilities.
