Description
YogaBirth prenatal yoga classes for pregnancy, labour and birth. This class supports you in building a connection with your body, breath, baby and intuition.
We explore movements and breathing that can support you in labour. We look at subtle movements and awareness of the body to help build your own self-trust. You have the time and space to focus on your growing baby and build your connection with them.
Yoga in pregnancy may reduce stress, anxiety and depression. You may also have a shorter labour if you practise regularly.
As you approach this huge transition in life, it's also really important to have space to talke. At the end of each session we share a cup of tea and discuss childbirth education, to help you explore your wishes and make your own informed choices. It also supports you to get to know the other people in the class and build a sense of community on this journey.
This is a gentle and inclusive class, no previous yoga experience is necessary. I can't wait to welcome you on the mat.
