Tailored to all mums of all levels of fitness. Bringing along their bundles of joy to join in the fun and exhilarating workout. Make new friends and share your parental journey together. Our level 4 personal training coach will guide you back to full fitness. We use specialist equipment that is extra safe and super effective.
The is a lift up to our studio for pram access. Prams can be stored inside our studio while the class is happening.
