GYMTAZIA GYMNASTICS

We offer a class for 3 - 6 age bracket, this class is smaller to accommodate for the younger years and the range of ages. This class is a steppingstone on from our preschool gymnastics. We will get your child learning the basic skills for gymnastics, which will improve their coordination, motor skills, balance and strength. At this age your child's muscles are still developing along with strength and balance and gymnastics will enable them to progress quicker. Flexibility is always easier at this young age which is why it's so important for children to start gymnastics young. The earlier they start the more skills they have under their belt which will stay with them for the rest of their gymnastics years.

1.This class is for 3 years to 6 years old.
2. Your child will be grouped accordingly with friends, siblings and ages.
3. This is a structured gymnastics class.
4. We ensure a pulse raise fun game is played along with a fun stretch warm up.
5. This class aids in your child's development of co-ordination, balance, strength, motor skills, and helps to devolve cognitive functions. As well as improved their flexibility and balance.
5. Gymnastics skills will be covered on all apparatus.
6.This class promotes discipline and self-control and will have a massive improvement on your child's following on instructions.
7.We offer an end of term showcase- parents come into watch and every child receives a certificate.
