** CLASSES ARE Run By A National Gymnast **
We offer a class for 7-9 age bracket; this class is smaller to accommodate for the younger years and the range of ages. This class is the next step up from our 4pm class. This is open to children who have never done gymnastics before and also for children who have previous experience. We may also move your child up to this class under the age bracket from our 4pm, depending on our referral and if they are showing potential even at a younger age. (This is based on our selection only if this happens.) Primarily this class is based on the above ages however is the class before our elite 6pm classes. If your child is between the ages of 7-9pm then this is the class to book on for.

This class is for 7 years to 9 years old.
A range of harder skills will be covered- cartwheels, backward rolls, handstands, bridges etc.
1. This class is a stepping stone between the 4pm and 6pm elite.
2. Your child will be grouped accordingly with friends, siblings and ages.
3. This is a structured gymnastics class.
4. We ensure a pulse raise fun game is played along with a fun stretch warm up.
5. This class aids in your child's development of co-ordination, balance, strength, motor skills, and helps to devolve cognitive functions. As well as improved their flexibility and balance.
5. Gymnastics skills will be covered on all apparatus.
6.This class promotes discipline and self-control and will have a massive improvement on your child's following on instructions.
7.We offer an end of term showcase- parents come into watch and every child receives a certificate.
