Description
A lovely class where you can work your body with gentle postnatal yoga and connect with your little ones with fun baby yoga and baby massage. This class is 50% for the mums and 50% for the babies, together with mums. The class includes baby yoga/massage techniques that help with digestion and to improve sleep in babies. During postnatal yoga, we aim to strengthen the spine together with abdominal muscles gently while working with pelvic floor muscles and reduce the tension in the body.
Mum's need to get their 6 week check from their midwifes/GPs before attending the course.
