Perfect for babies from 8 weeks to crawling, this class offers a gentle, supportive environment where you can learn valuable massage techniques, take a breath and connect with other parents.

Each week we'll share:

A warm welcome where we will focus on breathing and being present

20 minutes of infant massage focusing a specific area each week, including routines to ease tummy discomfort and soothe teething troubles

time for a cuppa and friendly chat.

Finishing with time for gentle sensory activities like bubbles, nursery rhymes or parachute play.

No set terms or block bookings, (With 3 booking options: PAYG, Monthly Subscription or Multi Session Pass) – join us at any point in your parenting journey. We keep things small and cozy, with a maximum of 8-10 parents. This isn't about overwhelming sensory experiences – it's about creating a calm, caring space where you and your baby can learn, relax and grow together.
