Description

1 Hour FREE Hypnobirthing Taster Session - Learn what hypnobirthing is all about and the science behind it. You will also learn the basic tools and techniques, and how you can practice them at home.

Session is in-person at Wigan Library, held in the Community Room, just off the main library area.

Tea, coffee & biscuits will be available . The session is suitable for anyone over 12 weeks of pregnancy - bring your birth partner along too! One ticket admits one couple.
