Description
60mins of postnatal yoga for you and 30mins of tea, cake and chat with other local mums.
My Mum & Little One classes are focussed on helping you find your inner peace, no matter the chaos and noise around you.
It might not be silent and completely tranquil, but it will get you moving mindfully with other like-minded mums. As you check in with yourself, listen to what your body needs and support others with a simple smile.
What could be more relaxing than knowing you are in a safe and supportive space with other mums experiencing the same things you are?!
Up to 2 children included on your ticket aged up to preschool.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations to bookings are accepted with 48 hours notice, cancellations after this are non-refundable. All refundable cancellations will be less charges incurred. Amendments to bookings are at my discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
