HARTBEEPS

This course is suitable from birth to 16 weeks.  Relax and connect with your baby through the ancient art of baby massage. This course is a lovely way to learn techniques to help calm and soothe your baby by reading and observing your baby's cues. Massage supports you baby's digestive system relieving colic and is a good aid for deeper and longer sleep.  The course builds each week by focusing on different body parts which then lead up to a full body massage by the 5th week. There is time at the end of the session to chat and enjoy a refreshment with other parents.
