HARTBEEPS

This gentle class focuses on bonding and confidence. We use elements of baby yoga, baby massage and calming techniques to guide little ones through our magical, imaginary Baby Land and help them to truly experience our soundtrack of remixed nursery rhymes and lullabies.

They'll meet friendly puppet characters, be introduced to age-appropriate props and discover sparkly parachutes. Best suited for newborns until they are sitting unaided.

What to bring:

For Baby Bells, please bring your own blanket to lay your baby on. For other classes you may wish to bring a blanket and favourite toy/comforter from home to snuggle during our magical Quiet Time.
Wear comfortable clothes, and shoes will be removed at the start of the session.

Arrival procedure:
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the session is due to start and follow instructions from the salon. Buggies and car car seats can be parked in the room once you enter. Make yourself and your Little Ones comfortable on your spot and remove outdoor shoes.

Hartbeeps Sensory Shop:
Please visit https://www.freewebstore.org/hartbeeps-leigh-on-sea-prop-shop for puppets, music, lights, sensory toys and more. If you purchased a digital album on booking, it will be sent via email after booking. Please allow 2-3 days and check Junk Folder.

About Hartbeeps:
At Hartbeeps we want to ensure that both you and your child/children receive all the information, guidance and encouragement that you need to experience a truly magical time. We encourage you to listen to Hartbeeps songs at home or when out and about (Class albums can be purchased when you book or via your Session Leader in class) so your child/children can start to recognize and enjoy the songs we sing in sessions.
The Hartbeeps environment is both relaxed and social, however to show respect for the whole group we ask that general chatter be kept to a minimum, this ensures that the focus is kept on the children. Where possible we do try to provide/or recommend facilities for you to socialize after the session.
If your baby becomes restless or needs feeding or changing during the session, please feel free to do so.
The session leader will start on time and we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your session to avoid any disruption during the session. Please bring proof of your booking, or you may be charged a drop-in fee for the class.
Mobile phones must be either off or on silent.
We ask that no food is consumed during the Hartbeeps session, unless for medical reasons.
Photographs may be taken of your child in some venues (children's centres usually request no photos) but please be mindful of the privacy of children when loading any photos onto social media. By posting photos of your child onto one of our social media sites you are giving permission for this photo to be used in Hartbeeps promotional material.
