HATHERN LIBRARY

Our relaxed, friendly rhyme sessions for babies and toddlers are a chance for you to have fun, share rhymes and songs with your child, and to meet other parents.

Sessions are run by library volunteers, and involve a mix of songs, rhymes, rhythm and movement, while also providing the opportunity to share books and toys. Babies and children who discover the pleasure of hearing stories and rhymes have a flying start when it comes to learning to read by themselves.

All Join In! will give your little one a great introduction to the library and books.

The library is also also a friendly, inclusive space for parents and carers to meet up, have a coffee and make new friends.

Our free sessions run on alternate Thursday mornings, starting at 10.30am, and last about 30 minutes Simply turn up and join in….
