Description

Becoming a new family can bring mixed emotions. This workshop will help families to prepare for the changes that will take place by identifying typical changes and normalising the range of feelings that might be experienced. Understanding how feelings can affect behaviour and identifying underlying needs are amongst the topics covered. This workshop explores different ways to cope with the changes and expectations of family life to build confidence and strategies for becoming a new family.
