Description
This is a fun, uplifting bodyweight fitness class designed especially for mums and their little ones. Set to energising music, you’ll move, stretch, and strengthen while using your baby as natural resistance — turning cuddle time into workout time!
Each session is designed to:
- Support postnatal recovery and rebuild strength safely
- Boost energy, mobility, and confidence
- Encourage bonding and play between you and your baby
- Connect you with other mums in a relaxed, supportive space
No equipment needed — just you, your baby, and a willingness to move. Suitable for all fitness levels, with options to adapt every exercise. Babies can be held, worn, or kept close by depending on their mood.
I’m a qualified Personal Trainer (@her.healthandfitness) and certified in pre- and postnatal fitness, so you can feel confident that every session is safe, effective, and tailored to your stage of motherhood.
