Each week, we gather in a warm, nurturing circle where tiny toes are soothed, little bellies are comforted, and hearts (big and small) are held.

What makes these classes unique is the balance: as your baby relaxes into loving touch, you are also cared for. Alongside massage, you’ll be guided through gentle wellness practices just for you — from breathwork to mini sound baths, gratitude circles, and meditations that refill your cup. With cosy mats, sensory baskets, organic oils, tea, and cake waiting, it’s not just a class, but a weekly ritual of rest and reconnection.

As a manager with 17 years’ experience in early years education — and a Mama myself — I bring both professional expertise and a deep understanding of what families truly need. Our ethos is simple: no judgement, just warmth. We let the babies lead the way, so if you need to feed, change, or simply cuddle, you do so without worry. Every class is baby-led, and you’ll receive videos to revisit at home — so you’ll never miss a moment.

My 1:1 Baby Massage Course is a small, intimate experience designed just for you and your little one. Over 4 weeks, I’ll guide you through safe, soothing massage techniques that ease colic, support sleep, and strengthen your bond through nurturing touch, song, and connection. Sessions are fully tailored to your pace and can take place in the comfort of your home or mine — whichever feels most supportive for you. Alongside the massage, you’ll enjoy gentle wellness practices for yourself, because your wellbeing matters too. You’ll receive handouts and videos to help you feel confident continuing at home, and there’s always space to pause, ask questions, and be held in the moment. Based in Liverpool and surrounding areas, this unique 1:1 course is a calm, cosy space where both baby and parent are cared for. Think of it as a warm hug of a class — time to breathe, bond, and simply be together.
