Our Parent & Toddler Classes at Hertfordshire Gymnastics Club (HGC) are the perfect way for little ones (from walking up to 3 years old) to explore movement in a safe, fun, and engaging environment—with parents joining in the experience!

This free-play session helps children develop balance, strength, and coordination through a variety of activities, including our trampoline and foam pit, asymmetric bars and high beam where they can jump, swing, climb, and explore at their own pace.
