HIGHAM AND RUSHDEN JUDO CLUB

We are a local community club with our own facilities at Sanders lodge industrial estate in Rushden.

We have judo classes on every night from 5pm and will soon add soft play on a Tuesday morning.

We cater for the following ages group for judo lessons:

Ages 3-4

Ages 5-7

Ages 8-12

Teens

Adults

Ladies only
