Small friendly classes. By keeping classes small, I am able to tailor classes to particular issues you may be experiencing.
Each session ends with a relaxation to benefit both you (and your baby) with calmness of mind. Many students mention their sleep is improved after the class.
No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
This Class runs for an hour with the opportunity to arrive early for chat with other mums before the class.
Booking is by 4 week block, starting at any time there is a space for you. Once you are 35 weeks you can pay as you go.
