Description

And adult flow for busy parents where pre school aged children are welcome to come along. Please provide toys and snacks to keep them (hopefully) entertained. Babies can be on mats or in chairs. This is for mums who have been signed off medically for exercise after birth/section it isn’t a post natal specific class.
