Description

When teaching yoga to children I get to see how excited they feel when they are given the open opportunity to develop their creativity, confidence and self-expression through movement, the freedom of being able to put any idea, creature, story into mindful movement brings them so much joy!
Couple this feeling of joy with the feeling of stillness and calm they can accomplish by adding in breathing exercises and meditation stories is incredible. Joy and peace together in one perfect mix. Each week we explore a new story or theme, I allow the children to use their imagination or they follow my lead, we have moments of energy and moments of stillness. But most importantly we have fun .
