Description
Next 5 week block starts Wednesday 22nd February!
Classes are held at Horndean Technology college, Wednesday’s 6-7pm, with plenty of free onsite parking.
Course includes ~
1 hour weekly yoga class including breathwork, meditation and yoga movement
Access to whatsapp support group
A relaxation and yoga class recording
Suitable from 12 weeks to full term.
Cost: £50
