Being a mum is all consuming and so often we can feel like we have lost part of our identity amongst all the hectic demands of parenting.

It is almost impossible to find the time to take a breather and remember who we were before. Together through easy reflections and conversations we will reconnect to your identity outside of your role as ‘mum’, whilst celebrating who you are now, and who you are yet to become.

This workshop is lead by Harriet, mum of two, dancer, encourager, creative-coach, poetry convert, fancy-dress lover, seasonal-living-attempter....The Story of You exists to empower mums (and mums-to-be) to know the value and worth of their story so far; and to bring hope, confidence and clarity to their story that is yet to be told.

An immersive coaching journey that sheds light on hopes and dreams whilst being rooted in tangible action and making small changes. Relaxed, creative and empowered - you already have the answers within you.
