Description

Me and My Little Aquafit course is a 30-minute water-based class designed to improve parent’s fitness whilst providing a special bonding experience with your baby. Unlike other aqua fitness classes your little one joins you in the water as your workout partner, creating gentle resistance and lots of fun.
