INFANT MASSAGE BY MARGOT

Join my 5-week infant massage course to discover the art of nurturing touch and:

• Strengthen your bond with your baby
• Help your baby to relax and sleep well
• Ease discomfort from wind and colic
• Meet other local families in a relaxed and inclusive space

This is a baby-led class where you’ll be encouraged to tend to your baby’s needs and where we’ll create space for families to connect and build community.

Who’s it for: Babies 0 - 12 months

What to bring: A blanket and a towel for your baby

Extras: Refreshments available throughout the class

Led by Margot Williams, student Infant Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage.
