INTUITION YOGA

On Friday 8th December we’ll come together to reflect on what went well in 2023 alongside the challenges you’ve faced before identifying what you’d like to let go of.

Connect with other mothers in a safe and nurturing environment as we move through a a guided discussion where we’ll reflect on the past year and set intentions for the year ahead. We’ll end with a meditation to help us integrate our insights and set our intentions in motion. The session will then move onto a more informal space for you to catch up and connect with other Mums while enjoying tea, coffee and some yummy treats.

Whether you’re a new mum or a seasoned pro, this event is for you. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with other mothers in your community, share your stories, and gain valuable insights into your own journey. We can’t wait to see you there!
