Description

ION MumFit is a class designed for mums - our classes consist of a 30-40 minute strength and conditioning workout suitable for all abilities with scalable options and an opportunity for coffee and to connect with other mums after class. All classes take part in a closed gym environment to ensure our mums feel comfortable. We have a friendly growing community of mums. There are two female coaches present at classes.
