Join us at It Takes A Village, Crystal Palace for a deeply nourishing Winter Wellbeing Day Retreat, curated especially for mums & mums to be.

🕯️✨This is your invitation to slow down, restore your nervous system and reconnect with yourself. A chance to embrace stillness, reflect on your journey so far, and approach the year ahead with the confidence and compassion you deserve 🌱

You’ll be gently guided through bespoke, expert perinatal Yoga and Yoga Nidra with the much-loved Yoga with Fliss🧘‍♀️ offering safe, supportive movement and deep rest tailored specifically to pregnancy and motherhood.

A supportive Mothers Circle, rooted in mindfulness, will also give you space to share, or simply listen and be held in a calm, non-judgemental environment💞

The day concludes with a specialist, candlelit sound bath journey by Kutuliza Sounds 🎶, thoughtfully curated for mums and mums-to-be. Soothing vibrations support deep relaxation, emotional release and integration, helping you feel grounded and replenished.

Hot drinks and nourishing snacks will be available throughout the day ☕🥣. You may wish to bring your own blanket and yoga mat. Everything else is taken care of, so you can arrive just as you are ✨

Pregnancy & parenting can be profound, yet also physically and emotionally challenging, leaving little space to pause. At ITAV, we know there is so much wisdom to be gained from women coming together across different life stages. Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum or further along your parenting journey, this retreat offers space to rest, reconnect with yourself and support one another in shared understanding.
