JAZZY BABIES AND JAZZY TOTS

Our Jazzy Babies course has been carefully designed for tiny and newborn babies in mind and goes up to pre-movers. The 45-minute class offers an integrated Sensory, Massage, Yoga, Music, Adventure, Play and Exercise. This is not a 5-week intensive course where we bombard you with information and techniques that can become overwhelming.

The Jazzy Babies class that has been created to nurture every moment of the 4th trimester to help you navigate the first three months of you becoming a parent and your baby arriving into the world. Our aim is to empower you. Becoming a parent is life-changing and every day is a whole new challenge, emotion and adventure. Whilst you adjust to parenthood your bundle of joy is adjusting to a whole new world outside the comfort of the womb. At Jazzy Babies we help bridge that gap by imparting valuable knowledge and build on the blocks over months, taking you and your baby on a wonderful carefully crafted sensory adventure. The massage, yoga and reflexology techniques are a combination of advanced practitioner training and over 100 years of knowledge and techniques passed through many generations in the Jazzy family. We are great believers in the power of touch to heal ailments in both children and adults to help re-align energy, aid digestion and for babies and children it is no different. We believe that connections between you and your baby started in the womb and through our beautifully crafted classes, we combine music, movement, touch and sound to help create the enriched and positive experiences which form the key foundation for learning today and the adults we become tomorrow.
