Description
These relaxed and nourishing classes include relaxation techniques, breath awareness, gentle stretches for and your baby and lots of songs, dips and swings to encourage smiles and giggles! This 5 week block of classes is a fun and interactive way of supporting your baby’s development from 3 months to pre-walking, with gentle moves, massage, uplifting songs and stretches and lovely walks and swings. We begin and end each session with a relaxation for you and baby and there will be time for a chat and cake! Suitable for beginners, just bring the intention to relax and bond with your little one.
The classes will be very welcoming, relaxed and baby-led. There is room for buggies and the Mansion is accessible.
