Description

Join us for a morning of energy burning for your little one. These will be informal sessions with a variety of fun games, exercises, sports and activities for your little ones to take part in.

Parents/guardians can join in the fun or chill. They'll meet new people, develop new skills and get practicing those fundamentals of running, jumping and throwing!

PenaltyBox HIIT Class will run for 4 weeks from 24th Jan from 10:15-10:45am. This is for 18+ and is an exercise class for all ability levels. You are welcome to let your child play in Mini-Gym while you go into the other room for 30 minutes of exercise!
