Yoga fun and games, to learn the skills of yoga in a fun and engaging way. Parents or carers are very much part of this class leading little ones through poses and activities throughout the class.
This class is all about learning the skills of yoga whilst having fun, teaching your little one physical skills, breath awareness, stillness. Parents or carers are encouraged to be very much a part of the class so please come dressed for the occasion
