Description
I am a NCT trained Baby Massage and Yoga teacher.
Baby Massage 5 week course, There will be new strokes added each week to build to the full sequence. I have over 4 years experience teaching baby massage to groups.
Massage for babies can help with digestion, sleep and bonding. As well as a massage for your baby there will also be time for a stretch out for you. A WhatsApp group will also be set up for each set of classes and the link will be sent to you. We will also be learning and speaking nursery rhymes.
The class is suitable for babies following the 6 - 8 week postnatal check and up until they are mobile.
