Description
These relaxed, feel-good yoga classes are designed for mums. Each session creates a relaxed, baby-friendly space where you can stretch, breathe, and reconnect with your body, all while your little one is right there with you. Whether they’re lying next to you, having a cuddle, or playing with baby-safe toys, the class is set up with both you and your little one in mind.
You’ll be guided to stretch, breathe, and gently rebuild strength, with a focus on core connection and mobility to help you to feel stronger, more balanced, and supported in your postnatal recovery. And don’t worry — feeding, changing, or soothing your baby during class is totally fine. This is a space where real life is expected.
Everything is kept super flexible, with options and adaptations so you can move at your own pace, whatever stage you're at. The class is led by a fully qualified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher and mum of two, who gets what this stage of life is like.
Suitable for prenatal and postpartum individuals from around 6 weeks postpartum (or 10–12 weeks after a c-section), this is a great way to move your body, connect with other mums, and spend time with your baby — no childcare needed!
