Description
Yoga Class is for children aged 2 to 6. We will introduce yoga to children in a fun and engaging way! Will be working on breathing and relaxation techniques that will be life long support for the children. Bear Breathing, Yoga games and Yoga Stories are at the base of our classes. Class will last one hour, from 3.30pm to 4.30pm (Mums are welcome to join us with their own mat).
