Description
Mum & Baby Yoga is a gentle, supportive class designed for postnatal recovery and bonding with your little one. Through simple movements, breathwork, and relaxation, you’ll regain strength, ease tension, and nurture both body and mind. Each session offers a calm and welcoming space to connect with other mums, while embracing the ups and downs of life with a baby—feeding, changing, crying, and cuddles are all part of the flow. Suitable for pre-walkers, these classes provide a safe and uplifting environment where you can move at your own pace, restore your energy, and enjoy precious time together.
There is space to bring prams inside, and you’ll find toilets and baby-changing facilities available for your convenience. The venue is wheelchair accessible. Please bring anything you or your baby may need during class. Yoga mats, blankets, and class items are provided.
