We bring the best of Barre workout onto our awesome Gliders to keep things fun but focussed on deep core and pelvic floor strengthening!
Just what you need, whether you're expecting or during your post natal stage!
Barre & Glide focuses on low-impact, high-repetition movements to target specific muscle groups, improving strength, flexibility, and posture. You can expect exercises that work the pelvic floor, thighs, glutes, core, and arms, often incorporating small, controlled movements and isometric holds.
For the "Glide" portion of our class bring you the disc sliders! A super fun way of turning up the level a little, whilst challenging stability, which further engages your core and other supporting muscles as you move through exercises like lunges, planks, and various leg and arm movements. This part of the class targets balance, coordination, and overall body control.
