Not feeling you’re quite at your desired shape yet? Let’s fix that while we learn some awesome moves!

Bringing the best of both worlds, these classes will get you dancing, exercising, having a lovely time, making some new friends and certainly getting a giggle from your little one who’s coming along to watch and make some little friends of their own!

These classes are carefully designed and monitored by our physios to ensure they’re low impact and safe for you to join.
