Description
During these sessions we encourage all our 4-6 year old children to learn balance, coordination and basic gymnastics skills through a variety of age appropriate and fun activities, focusing on motor skills, spatial awareness, strength and agility, our 'Minis' are coached through a variety of elements on apparatus such as floor, beam, trampoline and track building up to the learning of fundamental gymnastics/acro skills for dance.
