Description
Join me on Thursday mornings from 10:45-11:30 for a fun, friendly and inclusive class focused on helping you reconnect with your body.
Classes last 45 minutes - you're welcome to bring your baby along, or leave them at home! We'll practice in a way that helps you build strength and awareness, and gives you some time for yourself.
I teach post-natal yoga in Epsom and Ewell, focusing on a person-centred, supportive, inclusive, empowering and nurturing environment.
Classes last 45 minutes - you're welcome to bring your baby along, or leave them at home! We'll practice in a way that helps you reconnect to your body, and gives you some time for yourself. We have tea and snacks afterwards and a bit of a chat.
Classes are £8 for drop-in, £28 for a four-class block, or £50 for an eight-class block (book this through me directly).
