LITTLE BODIS

An interactive baby class great for bonding and baby development. We have our Stretch & Grow routine for the babies, breathing techniques, gentle stretching and yoga inspired poses for mum and baby to enjoy together. Plus sensory play, the parachute, songs, bubbles, relaxation and more…….. It’s the baby class that has a bit of everything.

Please note you must have had your 6 week check before you can begin. The class is suitable until your baby is walking.
There is no parking at Carmenta Life, please use the town centre car parks.
Pushchairs need to be parked through the gate to the left hand side of the entrance to the building. This area is covered by CCTV.
