Description
As one of the world’s first Infant Play Practitioners, I am very eager to share my Developmental Play Gym sessions with you.
This course is a beautiful opportunity to:
⭐️Learn about the 4 positions to play which include: Tummy Time, side laying and back play
⭐️Learn baby massage to help soothe, settle and aid sleep
⭐️Practise baby yoga
⭐️Engage in fun activities to support developing nervous systems and support key milestones such as rolling, sitting, kneeling
⭐️Strengthen bonds by connecting with playful activities together
⭐️Use a wide range of props and equipment
⭐️Use texture, shape, colour, light, sound and movement
⭐️Use nurturing touch through song and rhyme.
This course is a block of sessions. During the last session will have a Christmas theme and include a keepsake craft.
Participants will need to complete health and well-being questions before the course starts.
