 A class for the very youngest children and their caregivers, Foundations supports early development through music, movement, and sensory exploration - all designed to nurture your baby’s growing brain and strengthen your bond.

You’ll sing, bounce, sway, and explore instruments together, with plenty of opportunities for touch, eye contact, and playful connection. From gentle lullabies to upbeat movement songs, each activity is carefully chosen to support milestones like body awareness, early communication, and secure attachment.

Babies are free to engage however they like watching, wiggling, feeding, or joining in with wide-eyed wonder. Grown-ups play a key role, modelling how to explore and interact, and enjoying special time with their little one in a supportive group setting.
