Description
We run adult and baby, toddler and pre-school lessons at Birch Green Monday - Thursday. Parents are required to be in the water to assist their child until the age of 3yrs where they go in on their own.
We teach sub-surface swimming in warm pools which is perfect for babies but there are so many other benefits from swimming lessons for babies upwards:
• Builds water confidence.
• Improve coordination and balance.
• Builds muscles.
• Provides quality bonding time.
• Strengthens heart, lungs and helps to develop their brains.
• Improves sleeping patterns and their appetite.
