LITTLE FIZZ

Emily Little Fizz offers joyful, welcoming music and movement classes for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, designed to support confidence, bonding and early development — all through play.

Each session is filled with original songs, singing, dancing, props, sensory moments and gentle structure, giving little ones the chance to explore at their own pace while grown-ups enjoy sharing special moments together. Classes are lively but never overwhelming, with plenty of repetition to help children feel safe, settled and confident.

Babies enjoy sensory sounds, gentle movement and bonding time, while toddlers and preschoolers love joining in with actions, instruments, imaginative play and lots of opportunities to move. Children are always free to watch, join in when ready, or take a breather — there’s no pressure to “perform”.

Emily Little Fizz classes are known for their warm atmosphere, friendly community feel and the care that goes into every detail. Parents often say the classes are the highlight of their week — not just for their children, but for them too.

Whether it’s your first class with a newborn or you’ve got a confident little mover on your hands, you’ll be met with a smile, encouragement and plenty of fizz-filled fun.

Heath Citizens Hall is located in the main Heath Park car park, right by the park entrance. There are two halls on site — our classes run in the hall at the back, with our own car park directly outside the door.

The venue is easy to access, with plenty of space for pushchairs, step-free entry and baby changing facilities. The hall is large, clean, warm and secure, making it a comfortable space for both babies and grown-ups.

Parents are always welcome to arrive a little early or slip in quietly, and babies are free to feed, wriggle, watch or take a cuddle whenever they need. There’s no pressure for children to join in — every little one is welcome to take things at their own pace.
