Stretches, movement and songs for the little ones with some simple, much needed stretches for Parents snuck in too!

A gentle, fun class designed to support normal development of a baby's vestibular and proprioception systems (a posh way to say balance and knowing where your body is in space!).

Includes sensory input from rattles, scarves, parachute and more. Plus a welcome time of relaxed chat over drinks and biscuits at the end.
