LITTLE LOVES

A stand alone class lasting for one hour. During the first part of the class, you will learn some gentle stretches and yoga moves for both baby and yourself. The second part of the class is for social time and sensory play with the opportunity to enjoy a hot drink and something to eat while talking to others and to engage your baby in a variety of activities to stimulate their senses and aid their development. Older Baby Yoga is for babies around 20 weeks to before walking. If your baby is around 20 weeks, and hasn't done Baby Yoga before, we suggest you come to the younger baby class first.

Instructions: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before a class starts. There is no need to bring prams in as the carpark is a very short walk to the hall but car seats are welcome. Bring any baby essentials with you but mats, towels and all other equipment will be provided.
