LITTLE MOVERS GYM

Our Junior Movers Gymnastics class is designed for children who are ready to take their gymnastics to the next level. In this independent class, athletes work on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning more advanced skills on floor, beam, bars, and vault.

With a focus on proper technique and skill progression, Junior Movers are encouraged to set goals, challenge themselves, and celebrate their achievements. Classes also emphasize teamwork, perseverance, and confidence-building, helping children grow both as athletes and individuals.
