Description

This class is once a month, I developed it to help parents find a new relaxing bedtime routine, for themselves as much as their baby. It includes Soothing music, baby yoga poses, calming sensory play, and relaxing wind-down massage. Then enjoy some meditation with cuddles and have a non-caffeinated drink.
