LITTLE SUPERSTARS

Within our 4-6 year old classes we are going to be focusing on the basic fundamentals of the sport. The gymnasts will be encouraged to work at their own pace, starting from the most simple skills and therefore working through to skills that will be a little more challenging.
Block Rotation:
Week 1 - Shapes and balancing
Week 2 - Travelling
Week 3 - Jumping
Week 4 - Rolling
Week 5 - Cartwheels
Week 6 - Sequences
