Description
As a business run by a new mum and a mum to be, we know how difficult it is to fit a work out around being a mum and growing a bump.
Move it mumma is a dance-inspired fitness class for mums and mums to be to have fun, whilst shaking a leg and busting a sweat with their bubbas!
Bring your mat, your baby slings (if you want) and meet me in the studio!
As a soon-to-be mum myself, it was very apparent to me that there is not enough out there for new mum’s and mums-to-be to stay fit, be social and feel good!
Hence the opening of Move it Mumma classes to the addition of onto existing classes here at Living Lines Dance Centre.
